The Jetrion® 4000 UV Inkjet System from EFI™ helps label converters meet customer needs for short run print jobs driven by versioning, localization, regionalization, language and color changes, and promotions. It is the first narrow web digital press suited to economically run lengths of 50,000 labels and beyond. The system is the perfect fit for secondary label, industrial label or flexible packaging markets and can be used for many primary label applications.
Feature Highlights
- Integrates with other EFI products. EFI’s Jetrion 4000 provides a high return on investment because it integrates with other products such as EFI Oneflow® and EFI Fiery® XF. By combining these solutions, businesses can optimize their workflow for short-run printing.
- Uses advanced drop-on-demand (DOD) printheads and UV inkjet ink technology. The Jetrion 4000 uses DOD inkjet printheads with grayscale capability to deliver print resolutions of up to 1000 dpi, giving near photographic quality.
- Uses top-quality inks for exceptional color. Jetrion-developed and manufactured UV4000 inks ensure reliability, fast curing, and low cost of ownership. The Jetrion 4000 UV Inkjet System comes with either 4-or 6-color ink sets with cyan, magenta, yellow, black, orange and green for expanded gamut, optimal ink utilization and rich color reproduction.
- Offers precise color-color registration. The system ensures precise color-color registration with advanced system design features such as an inline visual inspection unit, compressed print zone, precision motion control, optimized web path and reinforced design mechanics.
- Provides flexible printing options. The printer is available in web widths of 5.5" (139 mm) and can interface with a wide range of converting equipment.
